I am coming from Philadelphia and trying to figure out how to get there. Any suggestions.

Lake Clear (SLK) is the closed airport 15 minutes away. Or Plattsburgh 50 minutes. Continental has flights reasonable priced to both. Not sure about car rentals though as I am a local. We fly out of SLK all the time and it is small, but convenient.
