Times Square Bed and Rooms

I have tried to make a reservation on the ';Times Square Bed and Rooms'; website but am told that it is closed due to a fire. Does anyone now whether the place is going to re-open, and if so when is it likely to be accepting reservations.

I have e-mailed the owners but have not had a reply as yet (it may be that they are really busy which I understand).

Any information would be much appreciated.

I%26#39;ve never heard of it but if it%26#39;s had a fire, why would you want to stay there? There are dozens if not hundreds of other options. I think you should forget about Times Square and stay in a decent neighborhood. Have a look at the Pod hotel on

The Herald Square is 10 blocks south of TS and is pretty affordable in a single room.

It has really nice reviews and is within my price range - I will be travelling over from the UK and will be in NYC for 14 nights - I will be travelling alone and the cost a hotel (even a budget one) is out of my price range.
