Can anyone tell me anything about the La Quinta Inn %26amp; Suites in Albany? I am looking for somewhere quiet %26amp; clean that is not too far of a drive from downtown Albany.
La Quinta Albany
The La Quinta Inn opened last May, so it%26#39;s still quite new. I haven%26#39;t stayed there, so I can%26#39;t vouch for the quality. So far, TripAdvisor reviewers are giving it good grades. It%26#39;s in a busy commercial area -- lots of nearby restaurants (try the Red Robin for burgers, the Dakota for steaks), shopping and movies. You can drive to downtown in 10-15 minutes. Alternatives to the La Quinta include a Hampton Inn and the Clarion Hotel Century House, both on Route 9 about 2 minutes north of the La Quinta.
