Hotel help please! Must have terrace!

Hi everyone,

we are very lucky to be going to New York end July / beginning of August. We have never been before and would love to have your recommendations on what hotel to use please and where.

we have been advised maybe stay close to Times Square?

as a guide, we really want to have a king bed room or suite with a terrace. we have seen a couple of lovely hotels but they do not guarantee a terrace and this is a must for us.

our budget is anywhere up to approximately 拢1250 for 5 nights.

as new visitors to New York any help or suggestions would be most welcome.

I%26#39;ve not been to new york yet - going in 2 weeks but have you checked out the four seasons hotel? That certainly had terraces - hope this helps!

Hi, what a lovely hotel - but well over our budget I am afraid!

Any other suggestions most welcome!
