What shows are on at the moment and what is the average cost if we were to get tickets on the day from the booth on Times square?

Anything we should be aware of..problems? avoiding getting ripped off?

Each day is different - here is the link to what was available, but nothing is guaranteed, you have to be flexible. The booth is located by the Marriott Marquise hotel while the main location is being renovated.

Most at 50% off, with a few at 35% or 25% plus a small service charge - cash or travellers checks only.

The only problem? You will see scalpers hawking tickets, so buyer beware. I personally have never bought them,maybe others have and can report back. I would avoid.
