I think I know the answer to this but will ask anyway. We are going to a Yankees afternoon game on a Wednesday against the Arizona Diamondbacks in June. We have seats in the upper deck. If the park is not full can a person move down into better seats?

Thanks. I wondered if they kept pretty close tabs on people.

They do keep pretty close tabs. Moving down to the box level is pretty impossible as there is another set of gates to access the box level. You can easily move down in your own level though.
