This hotel gets very mixed reviews. Any hotel will give you a low floor room. The trick is to find one in a location where being on a low floor is not going to be too loud. I think the Shelburne Murray Hill or the Affinia Dumont would be better options and you should be able to get a room on a lower floor. Your other option is to select a b %26amp; b which only has 3 or 4 floors. If that interests you, have a look at

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago. Locations is excellent, but in short, do yourself a favour and find another hotel. The hotel is just not worth it.
